MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN II/ELECTRICIAN- Perform duties to maintain and repair plant and building appearances. Install, maintain and repair machinery, equipment, and physical structures in the facility. Assist other maintenance personnel when needed.


  • Visually inspect and test machinery and equipment.
  • Knowledgeable of plant systems including electrical controls, pneumatic, hydraulic, plastic processing equipment, and other plant wide systems.
  • Troubleshoot problems and work with whomever needed to determine the solutions.
  • Disassemble, select repair parts, and repair/replace worn or defective parts.
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance activities, as required.
  • Repair and maintain physical structure and grounds of all EPC facilities.
  • Oil and grease machines following prescribed schedule.
  • Must provide own tools needed to perform the job requirements; special tooling will be provided.
  • Work with others to determine and document LO/TO requirements and procedures for all new equipment.
  • Manage area specific system procedures.
  • Install conduit and wiring for power distribution and lighting; panel building, install conduit and wiring for machine and equipment controls; layout, planning and installation of control systems.
  • Maintain, troubleshoot, repair and/or replace the following items:
    • Power distribution and lighting systems.
    • Industrial machinery and equipment such as motors and transformers, electronic controls (CNC Power Distribution and lighting systems, PLC logic systems.)
  • Circuit design, schematic and/or blueprint reading.
  • Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and guidelines.
  • Other duties may be assigned or required for this position.
